Make 2023 the year of me, and rewrite the narrative you tell yourself. Deciding to face your deep-seated pain and suffering is hard, it takes courage and strength. If you've found yourself here, congrats you have already taken the first step. To heal we must learn to let go, and move to a place where we operate with unconditional love. This mentorship program will focus on the following virtues: loving-kindness, compassion, authentic joy, and equanimity. You will learn how to surrender, opening your heart, mind, and soul to living in this new light. We are all deserving of living the life of our dreams, and I am here to guide you in this 1:1 experience, so you know you will never walk alone. I intend to provide you with the resources and techniques to help you grow and blossom into your authentic self. What you can expect to gain: * A deep sense of self-love and self-kindness *Tools to hold yourself with compassion when emotions arise from past beliefs. *Forgiveness practices to let go of pain and suffering * New beliefs and a supercharged mindset. *Customized Meditations and Yoga practices *Seven 1:1 Mentorship Sessions that will help to align your lifestyle with your dreams and new beliefs. We schedule these 1:1 sessions whenever works for you! Recommended every other week.
